Before Bela MD After Bela MD

Microdermabrasion with Aqua handpiece and diamond tip

The Aqua handpiece fitted with one of 3 diamond tips is used to perform a medical-grade exfoliation. With the outermost layers removed, skin cell turnover accelerates and fine lines and wrinkles are reduced. The complexion becomes smoother and brighter as well which allows for better penetration of ingredients that follow it.

Hydrogen therapy with the H2 module

Hydrogen therapy works by combining hydrogen (H+) with free radicals to produce hydrogen-rich water. The BELA MD H2 Module transforms then infuses this water into the skin using an Aqua handpiece, which reduces oxidative stress and inflammation while boosting brightness and hydration.

Infusion with Aqua handpiece and Aqua tip

The Aqua handpiece is a closed-looped system. BELA MD bio-infusion serum or hydrogen water emits from the central aperture of the Aqua tip and it infuses into your skin along its contact path, dissolving any impurities that may be present before exiting through waste inlet port. The BelaMD+ touchscreen interface allows for easy and precise adjustments to vacuum and flow levels.

Cleansing and extraction with the Ultrasonic Skin Scrubber

The Ultrasonic Skin Scrubber is a metal spatula that oscillates with ultrasonic vibrations creating a "pressure washing" effect. The metal brush helps loosen and remove oil, dirt, and cellular debris from pores when it vibrates against the skin in circular motions. It can also be used for sonophoresis during which ultrasounds drive active ingredients into the skin by disrupting its lipid layer to break up sebum plugs formed inside hair follicles or sweat glands at their narrowest points where most acne forms.

The device uses an ultrasonic vibration method of cleaning called scrubbing which removes excess oils on your face using just water without stripping away natural moisture levels.

Facial and neck toning with the double lifting Y handpiece

The BELA MD Y handpiece uses rotating massage balls and Micro-current Electrical Neuromuscular Stimulation (MENS) technology to provide muscle stimulation, tightening skin tone, increase circulation, and a lifting effect. The combined design of these technologies allows for both relaxing massages while stimulating muscles through repeated contractions that lead to relaxation which boosts blood flow throughout the skin leading to toning effects.

Electroporation to optimize the absorption of serums deep into the skin

With the electroporation treatment, a gentle electric field is applied to increase skin permeability. The temporary opening of intracellular channels allows active ingredients in serum products to penetrate deeper layers into the epidermis and dermis areas of your face. Once current stops, cells return back to their normal state with the product still inside the skin cells. Electroporation works well when used alongside bPURE Hyaluronic Acid Serum; however, it can also be paired up with any other conductive gliding serums if desired.
